This is the camera on Sentinel Dome, looking out towards Half Dome, and you can see it is snowing.  In heavy snow years, that drift on the bottom right can grow to completely obscure the picture.  It probably won't get there this year, but at least there is a pack in late March.  The farmers will get at least some of the water they need.

This is Mill Creek at Mono Lake, on the east and much dryer side of the Sierras.  Looks to me like a nice bit of snowfall over there.  I'm glad to see it.
