"Police carrying out roadside controls noticed that Snoop Dogg (whose car was pulled over) seemed to be under the influence of narcotics. He was arrested and taken to the police station to take a urine test," said Daniel Nilsson, a police spokesman for the central Uppsala region.
The test results were not immediately available.
Snoop Dogg reacted by vowing that he would not return to Sweden.
Is it that easy? If we find a way to arrest him and make him take a drug test here, would he promise to add the states to his "no go" list? I think Jamaica is where he should go to smoke his weed without a hassle, and leave the rest of the world free of his stench. Win for Dogg, win for everyone else.
